My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic stay with great value for our money, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location right across from the beach was perfect for leisurely walks, and the staff stood out for their professionalism and friendliness.
The breakfast experience could be improved by offering a wider selection of sweet treats.

The location was great: right on the sea front. There's also a great little bar called Bora Bora directly opposite the hotel, which has good food and a well-priced menu. The hotel staff were friendly and tried to be helpful where they could, but they didn't seem to know much about the area and tourist activities on offer. Free internet access was a bonus.
Overall, the hotel was ok, but no more than that. It met our basic needs and was clean enough, but I wouldn't rate it more highly than a one- or two-star establishment at most. It certainly did not live up to the quality and facilities advertised and I suspect we'd have done better to wait until we got to Joao Pessoa and booked into one of the many pousadas that are not advertised on Booked.net. Some examples of why we were disappointed: the jacuzzi barely worked, the 'swimming pool' is barely large enough to take a bath in, and the room was small and certainly was not large enough to spend a lot of time in it. The quality of the food in general at breakfast was poor, with watered-down juice and cheap and nasty bread, ham and cheese; however, the chef was happy to make us an omelette or tapioca (but you had to work this out for yourself and go and ask for it), and the fresh fruit - especially the papaya - was nice. The room was maintained to the most basic level of cleanliness, but I don't think the floor was mopped in a whole week, only swept (you could feel the bits sticking to your bare feet), and a couple of times we had to ask (and then repeatedly) for fresh towels, as our old ones were taken away but not replaced. Added to this, we were charged R$4 for towels for the excuse of a pool/jacuzzi, and these were also removed from our room: we were not informed that we could keep these for a full week, but we had to pay anyway. The hotel is ok if you're not looking for much in the way of comfort and facilities, but be aware that the facilities advertised are not exactly what you might expect for a so-rated four-star hotel.

I had a great weekend getaway! The location is perfect, just a minute's walk to the beach, and it's in the heart of the nightlife. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. I also loved the breakfast, especially the fresh fruits and tasty tapioca.
The rooms could use some updating, as they felt a bit old and had some cleanliness issues. The Wi-Fi was spotty, and the A/C wasn’t working at its best, which made things a bit uncomfortable. it was a mixed experience!

The location is perfect, just a hop across the street from the beach, which was amazing. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Plus, I really appreciated the free parking-it made things so much easier!
On the flip side, the rooms felt a bit outdated and there were times when I noticed some cleanliness issues. The breakfast could’ve used a bit more variety too. it was a decent experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I stayed at this hotel for three days with friends, mainly to enjoy the nearby beach and vibrant nightlife. The location is unbeatable, right across from Tambau beach, making it perfect for morning strolls. The staff members were genuinely friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast had a good selection, including a fresh juice that my wife adored. The complimentary parking was a nice perk, and the cozy atmosphere made our stay quite enjoyable overall.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great breakfast variety and flavor and the location was outstanding! Just a few steps to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious and had a nice view.
Our romantic escape was not as expected. The advertised amenities were not available, the pool was out of service and the room was not well insulated against noise.
